MARK
Greg has been my Personal Trainer for a couple of years now and his sessions have always been fun while challenging.
He knows how to motivate and get the best out of you and is happy to answer queries ranging from nutrition to exercise and injury rehab.
My strength and overall fitness have drastically improved and I’ve managed to shed ~30kgs and kept it off in a maintainable way. Thanks to him I also reached my personal target to be able to do pull-ups.

I have severe asthma and when I started seeing Greg I was at the stage where my consultant wanted me to go into hospital every 4 weeks for a 10 day treatment. Since having training sessions with Greg alongside other lifestyle changes, my life has turned around.
I’ve managed to reduce my medication, my lungs are so much stronger, with double capacity now, and I’m in hospital A LOT less!
I look forward to my sessions with Greg as well as it being beneficial to my life.

Greg has transformed my confidence, fitness and my body and I’m without a doubt the strongest I’ve ever been. I have a bone condition which means some things need to be adapted so Greg always keeps an eye on me and gives me alternatives when I need them.
His classes have such a collaborative and supportive feel and he really makes you feel like one of the family. He’s tough and pushes you past your limits but you wouldn’t want anything else from your trainer.
