PERSONAL TRAINING
There's no getting away from it - Personal Trainers tend to have a bad reputation. I feel I break the mould when it comes to this. I don't work with clients, I work with people who become my friends. As such I have a vested interest in each of them and always try to exceed expectations.
Sessions with me are always varied, individual, challenging and fun. I have also found that the best way to make changes permanent is by learning. For example, rather than doing food plans I will explain what food is, how it fuels our bodies and discuss what the wrong foods do. This leads to forever making better choices.

METAFIT
Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout.
30 minute, non choreographed, body-weight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.
If you're looking for a fast, effective and challenging workout that will push you to your limit, then this is the class for you.

METAPWR / METASAQ
MetaPWR is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining body-weight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.
MetaSAQ - Speed, Agility, Quickness is a 30-minute workout using body-weight only exercises and combines massive, powerful moves with sprints and training movements. As with MetaFit and MetaPWR, the metabolic increase for up to 48 hours is crazy!

FALL PREVENTION (OTAGO)
The Otago Exercise Programme was designed by the University of Otago Medical School, New Zealand, specifically to prevent falls in older people.
The class consists of a set of leg muscle strengthening and balance retraining exercises progressing in difficulty. Classes are suitable for all levels and ages with variations available to suit any ability.
The original group exercise class! They all stemmed from this one. Bodyweight, equipment, strength, aerobic, stretching, conditioning, sport-specific - it is all there, and in my opinion "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
These classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, are extremely varied and changing all the time and done with music but not to the music (it's not a dance class) - it is my job to get the best out of you, you just need to give me everything you can.
